Okay people! I'm telling you for the last time.

Yesterday my best friend came from Detroit, so I had to be generous with him. I took him a few places. We know each other for a very long time, and always tell each other almost about anything.

I remember when he got married a few years ago, and heck I sure do remember his divorce too. Hell of a life eh?

Okay than lets start.

I am not a fun of "so-called" experts. How do they think? What do they think, and the most important how the hell they go along with girls as easy as looking for toilette paper in a drag-mart store.

I know for a fact that everyone of us always try to cover and hide the mystery of dating, because we never know actually what is going to happen anyway. The journeys of dating can various from a 5-star outstanding adventure to a slow shitty bus ride.

Anyway, this friend of mine is being so mad about him self, (and, God I hope he doesn’t read this Lol) he is anxious about being single for a relatively long time.

At first, this is normal for all of us, but please being single is not a desperate situation.

I listened to his story and to be honest with you, I told him this: - "Sometime the best thing to think is NOT to think at all". He gave me a look like I was coming from another planet.

I mean, who cares anymore that on our first date a guy should be very careful about what he says. What is more important to be careful, choose our words and than later one our partner to discover that we are full of shit and nothing more..?

I my self, hate this kind of girls, who always expect guys to be the mood of the first date. Make them laugh, keep them interested about what is going on etc.. I say NO.

Spontaneous is my weapon and if you don’t like it, that is not my problem. Don’t you think you are looking for more than you are giving.

I know that there are certain unspoken, unwritten rules, but hey, rules are made so we can break them and feel happy about it.

Let’s get back to my friends reality. He was telling me that he ruined a couple of dates, cause he wasn’t being an interesting guy. Hack of a situation eh..?

I still don’t understand why some girls look at their first date like a very careful step.

Hey, it is a goddamn date not your last day in earth….

At some point we all are looking for ways to take control of our life, whether is our relationship or else. Daily challenges have a way of overwhelming us, making life harder. Is that what we need to do?

I know in my life, I’ve been in my friend’s situation, but believe it or not, I think I got my remedy. I remember I heard a quote once: - "To dream of the person you would like to be, is to waste the person you are". Pretty hard achievement eh? Well, deal with it. I did!

I know I'm keeping you here stuck with me, to figure out where am I going, so let’s cut the chit chat.

I'm telling you, like I told my friend for the last time:

LET YOUR LIFE TO BE EASY.

  1. Always speak the truth.
  2. Ask your self what you really want.
  3. Take responsibilities for your experiences.
  4. Keep your agreement.
  5. Add good-feeling to your life.
  6. Be self-worth in your life.
  7. Ad creativity to your life.
  8. Live in an existent, hand-touchy reality.

Whether its heaven or hell, we are the ones who created our life. We are the ones who constantly struggle with relationships, career, etc. People say life is hell but life I think never was meant to be a struggle.

Do we really believe in our self…?

There are times when we believe in everything and everybody but ourselves. There is a constant search for gurus and role models when they exist within us. The most brutal beating that we take is the one that we inflict upon ourselves. We make one mistake and we count ourselves out before the referee can blow the whistle.

We beat ourselves down into a state of depression. Depression is a dark and dreary place where we drink tears for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We tend to use our carnal mind, eyes and ears that are distorted during this dark time.

Have you ever cried all night long? Dry your eyes at midnight if you really have to cry. Place a smile on your face and embrace joy. Cheer up, it's morning time, joy has arrived!

Is self doubt is still hanging around harassing you? If so, get rid of it. I hear you saying, "I have made so many mistakes." This is a familiar phrase that has been spoken so faithfully by many people. But, you are not alone. We've all made many mistakes but . . . the more mistakes you make . . .the more self-doubt and less confidence you will have in yourself.

Imagine yourself as a confident person free from self-doubt. Hold this image everyday until it sinks into your spirit. Whenever negative thoughts about yourself enter your mind, erase them immediately.

When you wake up in the mornings get a clear picture of a self-image in your mind. What do you want to accomplish today? Write it on a piece of paper and post it on the refrigerator, mirror or someplace in your dorm. Engrave it on your heart.

Life can be full of questions and not enough answers. We know that answers are somewhere waiting to be discovered, but the question is where?

***

If you are missing such an important piece to mistakes that people make in life, which is: there is ALWAYS a lesson learned. Most people do what you I mentioned they do, and they inflict this self-doubt and self-hate, they sulk themselves in misery instead of reflection. If people would look at their mistakes and take advantage of this great knowledge of wealth placed in front of them to learn from they'd be much better off. In order to move forward you must make a movement someway, somehow, but by sulking and being miserable, putting yourself down.....you are just standing still. That won't get ya anywhere.

Learn from your mistakes. Take the time to plan before you make your next move. Once you move forward after careful planning, don't look back!

I'm not concerned with what you look like.

I want to know how you look at life, and if you look for the good in people. How do you want other people to see you? What do you see that you can do so that others may see you as you wish they would? These are your "looks" that I care most about.

I'm not concerned with how much money you have.

I want to know if you are rich in less material matters, for that speaks of your character. Do you see the beauty in each day? Do you treasure your friendships and family? Are you thankful for what you have? Or do you ignore the beauty around you and take life and them.

I'm not concerned with your shortcomings.

I want to know if you try and you fail, whether you know that failing at any THING doesn't make YOU a failure. I want to know if you fail time and time again, can you still look at a sunset and realize the beauty of it, or see the innocence and trust in the eyes of a child, or be grateful that each day is a new beginning? I want to know if you fail today, will begin a new tomorrow with as much faith, resolve, and passion as the day before?

Live with purpose and intent. Create a living masterpiece. After all, it's your LIFE.

Take charge of it!

Confidence and its role.

Confidence is said to play a critical role in a person's mental outlook and ultimate success. In fact we've heard that the most consistent factor that distinguishes highly successful from less successful athletes is confidence. ...

We have long recognized a relationship between confidence and performance. Sometimes it appears that only the greatest people have access to that magical confidence, while all others can only wish for it. ... Everyone can increase their level of confidence and perform better.

Although confidence is difficult to define, it is usually described as thoughts, feelings and actions reflecting self-belief and expectations of success. ... They rarely give their opponent a confidence boost by appearing discouraged or threatened.

It is often asked what comes first, confidence or success? Although it is true that success breeds confidence, it is equally so that confidence increases ones probability for success. ... Confidence also adds security during slumps and helps us sustain effort. ...
Them who lack confidence worry needlessly about mistakes, lose concentration, allow dangerous levels of arousal to intrude, and increase failure by giving up. ...

Although all desires confidence, there is no replacement for competence. ... Confidence just helps make everything go more smoothly, often providing the decisive competitive edge.
Maintaining an optimal level of confidence is important because overconfidence, or a false belief in ones ability, can also lead to reduced effort and performance.
My tips for you to develop and maintain confidence could be:

Increase level of physical and mental fitness, as this will enhance technique and self-image at the same time.
Beat up on others slightly below your level occasionally to keep confidence alive. Some people never learn to win or develop confidence because they are always over matched. ... Confidence is not a luxury reserved for the best. ...

When you look into the mirror...

When you look into the mirror, guess what you see?
Tan, makeup or just plan old you?

You look into the mirror, does it lie?
No, it doesn't, even though you make it try.

You look into the mirror, what do you get?
Frowns, sadness discontent?
Happiness, gratitude or just plan old fret?
This is your reflection, and its what you'll get.

You are not stunning nor are you a not,
You are nothing to you, but to yourself a lot.

For you believe that beauty isn't skin deep,
For you searched for yours and landed in a heap.

You hate your nose, and the mirror doesn't lie,
You hate your legs, o god you could cry.

When you look in the mirror, what do you see?
Wrinkles, spots? Your beauty's free!

When you look in the mirror, IS skin deep, but you could not see,
For you are shallow, and forever you will be.

You look in the mirror, what do you see?
A beautiful person staring back at you?

For we all a beautiful, if not in face but deep down inside,
You have to be beautiful, but without losing your pride.

You look in the mirror, what do you see?
Both of us young, pretty and carefree.

For you are told you are beautiful, but you're shallow inside
You wear makeup, and you wont change your mind.

You are only 25 and already you fret,
That your looks will die, but you must never forget.

The beauty is skin deep, and we are all beautiful inside
So stand up straight and release your pride!

It's Not What Happened.. it is what you do about it..

It's Not What Happened...
It's What You Do About It That Makes The Difference!

A major reason a lot of people don't go after their dreams is they spend too much of their valuable time dwelling on what has happened in the past. They use up their precious, present moments mulling over the things they can't do anything about.

It doesn't matter whether the events that took place in your past were good or bad, favorable or unfavorable, there's absolutely nothing you can do to change them now.

The most productive thing you can do with past events is to accept each one as a learning experience, and use the lessons to help you make better decisions and take better actions toward your goals and aspirations.

If you don't learn from your past mistakes and experiences, you'll likely end up committing them again. One of the most harmful things you can do is to repeat a past mistake because you didn't learn from it the first time. It's fine to make mistakes. That's how we, as human beings, learn and grow.

Remember, it took Thomas Edison more than 10,000 tries before he invented the incandescent lamp (light bulb). This great inventor knew it was OK to make mistakes, as long he learned from each one. Can you imagine where we would be today if he hadn't learned from his past errors and kept repeating them 10,000 times? We might still be using candles.

Please always remember these two universal truths:

  1. The past is the past and it's gone forever. There's nothing you (or anyone else) can do to bring it back.
  2. The only things that will make a difference in your life are the actions you take today. Examine your past events, learn from each one of them, and then take new actions to create the future of your dreams.

I know it's easier said than done. You may be saying, "There's no way I can forget what that person did to me in the past." I understand how you feel. But you know what? One of the main reasons you're having such a hard time letting go of the past is that you dwell on it so much.

You see, whatever you focus on, you'll get more of it. So if you constantly think about the things you don't want, you'll just end up receiving more of what you don't want. The first step toward getting what you want is to be proactive. If you start focusing on the things you want more of, eventually, you'll have more of them.

If you really want to change your life, then adopt the belief that...

"It's Not What Happened To Me, It's What
I Do About It That Makes The Difference!"

When you begin living your life with this new, empowering belief, you'll notice some very positive, even significant, changes right away.

Today, instead of getting frustrated at past events, I simply accept each one of them as a learning experience, and I use this newfound knowledge to create my ideal future. You can also use this mighty belief to build a better life, now and in the future.

Thay mirror!

I sometime wonder who the guy is whose face I examine every morning in the large mirror when I shave before I go to work. In some ways I do feel as if I know him, but only on a superficial level: the same way we think we know the actors in our favorite soap operas. We may know every explicit detail of the lives of the characters, but the true personality of the actor themselves is a huge mystery which we have little or no hope of ever solving.

A mirror's sole purpose is to reflect. In my case, though, as I would say in most cases , mirrors seem to reflect my/our persona rather than my/our personality. This, thankfully, indicates that the mirror sees only what the rest of the world does; exactly what I/we want to be seen.

The mirror is important in everyones life. This is not to say that most of our spare time is spent gazing lovingly into it, rather that it is with the help of our mirror that we adopt our outward persona every morning. While standing in front of it I transform myself from the everyday world-face me to the outgoing, bubbly, mature creature I wish I really was everyday.

Take the mask away people. Thay mirror will help you. Let me see the blood pouring out your face, from the real you. I can taste from here the smell of the inner you, the smell of inner me.

It hurts.

it feels good.

I will enjoy it.

...so let's fall in love, shall we?

Sometimes I lie awake at night, and I ask: -"Where have I gone wrong?" Then a voice says to me: - "Oh GOD..., this is going to take more than one night" Hehehe

Oh well I say and keep thinking what she said to me: - "You will never find anyone like me again!" I'm thinking, - "I should hope not! If I don't want you, why in the GOD's name would I want someone like you again"

Hahah...

Have you ever been in love? Horrible isn't it? It makes you so vulnerable. It opens your chest and it opens up your heart and it means that someone can get inside you and mess you up. You build up all these defenses, you build up a whole suit of armor, so that nothing can hurt you, then one stupid person, no different from any other stupid person, wanders into your stupid life...You give them a piece of you. They didn't ask for it. They did something dumb one day, like kiss you or smile at you, and then your life isn't your own anymore. Love takes hostages. It gets inside you. It eats you out and leaves you crying in the darkness, so simple a phrase like 'maybe we should be just friends' turns into a glass splinter working its way into your heart. It hurts. Not just in the imagination. Not just in the mind. It's a soul-hurt, a real gets-inside-you-and-rips-you-apart pain.

...so lets fall in love, shall we?

The WHO the WHERE and more...

They call me Dr. Zhivago!

Pay strict attention to what I say because I choose my words carefully and I never repeat my self.

I have told you my name. That is the "WHO". The "WHERE" could most readily be described as cubicle office somewhere in USA. But there is a vast difference between being stuck in a tine little office and being in a real prison office. The "WHAT" is easy. Last week I planned and set in motion events to execute. The perfect runaway escape. That is also the WHEN. As for the "WHY", beyond the spiritual motivation, it is exceedingly simple: Because I could which, leaves us only with the "HOW". And therein, as the Bard would tell us lay the free will.

We all are the sum. of the choices we make and sometime we choose the easy path and make things we later regret. And when we make a wrong choice and do the wrong thing we are stuck with it forever.

You can obviously ask me who did the wrong thing I'm here to right? Hehehe...., pretty clever. I am not here to set anything right. I am here because I enjoy it.

Through the time people had called me "crazy" and "unusual" besides the good words. "Unpredictable" is the most lovely humanly compliment you can always serve me from time to time. If that...

Good day everyone!

My Declaration of Self Esteem !

I am me. In the entire world, there is no one else exactly like me. There are persons who have some parts like me, but no one adds up exactly like me. Therefore, everything that comes out of me is authentically mine because I alone chose it.

I own everything about me: my body, including everything it does; my mind, including all its thoughts and ideas; my eyes, including the images of all they behold; my feelings, whatever they may be: anger, joy, frustration, love disappointment, excitement; my mouth, and all the words that come out of it: polite, sweet or rough, correct or incorrect; my voice, loud or soft, and all my actions, whether they be to others or to myself.

I own my fantasies, my dreams, my hopes, my fears. I own all of my triumphs and successes, all of my failures and mistakes. Because I own all of me, I can become intimately acquainted with me.

By so doing, I can love me and be friendly with me. I can then make it possible for all of me to work in my best interests. I know there are aspects about myself that puzzle me, and other aspects that I do not know. But as long as I am friendly and loving to myself, I can courageously and hopefully look for the solution of the puzzles and ways to find out more about me.

However I look and sound, whatever I say and do, and whatever I think and feel at a given moment in time, is mine. This is authentic and represents where I am at that moment in time. When I review later how I looked and sounded, what I said and did, and how I thought and felt, some parts may turn out to be unfit. I can discard that which is unfitting, and keep that which proved fitting, and invent something new for that which I discarded. I can see, hear, feel, think, say and do. I have the tools to survive, to be close to others, to be productive, and to make sense and order out of the world of people and things outside of me.
I own me, and therefore, I can engineer me. I am me, and I am okay!
